Dr. Hoffman is very caring and knowledgeable.
Dismissive, rude and unhelpful
Horrible experience. Right off the bat, Dr Hoffman was dismissive, rude, and sarcastic. He did not listen to any of my concerns, and when I tried to clarify symptoms he interrupted and then directly insulted me. It was a waste of time and money, as I now have to see a different GI doctor.
I saw Dr. Benson under difficult circustances. He provided me with multiple options to treat my pain. He stood by me until we found a solution that worked. His staff is professional and freindly. I was always treated with respect and compassion.
I have been a patient of Dr. Benson's for years now & he really listens to his patients! I don't feel he rushes his patient visits, he just has a lot of patients to see in a timely manner but anytime I ever need to talk, he allows me to without rushing me! I am very picky with doctors I see & I never have any issues with Dr. Benson, I fear the day he retires!
Dr. Kokkat is a compassionate and skilled GI doctor. I have seen him for several years for treatment of ulcerative colitis. Bring your questions with you to your appointment. He will take the time to answer them all in a way that you will understand. He has been super patient with me and makes me a partner in my GI care.
Dr. Rossi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She addressed my concerns thoroughly, and did so in a very friendly yet professional way. I would highly recommend her.
My experience has always been the excellent!! Top in his field! Not easy to get an appointment though!
