Obtaining a second opinion on proposed dental services revealed urgent need for immediate work to prevent serious infection and future complicated procedures. The proposed cost after second opinion was considerably less to complete procedures on seven teeth compared to estimated cost from first dentist for two front teeth implants. Hate dentists? Think that dental visits are painful? I did.Then I experienced the "comfort zone" Dr.Scarborough and his team are the comfort experts.No pain whatsoever ! And I had alot of work done.This dentist is incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The Doctor and his Crew at C omfort Dental are all very compitant AND Friendly! They Raise-The-Bar for dental care, well beyond ANYTHING I have experienced in my nearly 57 years of life. Starting the new year with a free exam and x-ray sounded like a great idea. I learned I was suffering with a serious infection affecting several teeth requiring immediate antibiotic treatment. Delaying treatment could have eventually caused nerve and brain involvement and possible death.
The office personnel are all very friendly and very nice. So is the dentist. I will continue to go there, as will my spouse. However, I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't seem to quite understand that the patient's time is valuable. The waiting time from entering the office to being seated was fine. But the waiting while one dentist ran five dental chairs at once was excessive.
