Actually shows up for an initial appointment. Then they arrive on time and do the job you hired them to do. Crazy right?
They did a fantastic job! Arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done. One helpful hint: if you have anything on shelves that are not on the floor, cover the contents perhaps with a tarp, so the dust generated by preparing the surface of the floor doesn't get into everything. Other than that we're very happy with the results.
