Got a new unit 3 years ago when our a/c went out during a 90 degree week. They were awesome! Then this past month the a/c blew hot air. After a not so positive appointment with a technician, our A/c again blew hot air. They sent out Austen! WOW. Not only did the owner not charge us for the unfortunate experience, but then they sent out the rolls Royce of technicians to make sure it was actually going to get fixed correctly! My AC was acting up with a 95D weekend coming up. Martin Enterprises was able to have a Technician here within a couple hours of my call. Max went through the HVAC operations and I'm feeling good for a scorching weekend. Fantastic response time, very fair pricing and a no nonsense Technician. Strongly recommend!!

Greedy - insists on a $125 service call to a fellow contractor after providing photos and very detailed info whereas other HVAC company helped us out without an unnecessary site visit. Then they would not offer a quote for a chimney liner or a referral to a reliable chimney contractor, leaving us without any help whatsoever.

Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. He came on time and cleaned up very well. Thank you for the great service! UPDATE: While I’m generally happy with their service, their last engagement with me was when my blower died. Before the repair, I was told that the new motor would cost $1500 and it would come with a 5-year warranty. Fast forward, they fixed everything and I paid.
