Our heat went out late last night so we called Martin's heating. They said it would be $170 to come out right away or if we waited until 7 am it would be 85$ and he would call at 7 am sharp. Well he never called so my 70 year old father called at 730 and they said they would be here at 9 am. They arrived and he said the motor was blown and wanted over $1300 to fix it!! Fred and team at martin are the best. They cleaned up another company's mess, gave me great advice and listened to my concerns, and were super prompt and fair. We called them (first time) to do our AC maintenance today. Technician showed up on time, did all the work as promised. I am very happy with the service. Victor (technician) also checked the capacitor (as part of the maintenance) and gave insights in to when it should be replaced. No sales pithches whatsover but did go over the annual maintenance contract options that's offered.
