I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half with my son who was coughing so bad he couldn't breathe and when I asked how much longer I was told their busy. As soon as I sat back down they called a woman back who was smoking outside on her cellphone. She was in no way more emergent that my 16 yr old who couldn't breathe. I was appalled by the treatment we were given and we left drove across town to SLMC and they brought him straight back and with in 2 minutes he had 2 doctors and nurses taking care of him. I have to honestly say I had a good and bad treatment is great spot on I know when u come in it goes by priority. My only issues my disclosed information to visitor had at the time that I didn't want disclosed I was put between a rock n hard place with Hippa and all I was surprised but never had a bad experience other than that
For the last 8 years I have gone here. They have and are always kind and caring.
It was the slowest service ever i was there with my 2 y.o. and it took as 6 hours for her to get seen by the doctor, and it we told a couple nurses and they kept saying yes yes she will be seen! We understand they were busy but not fair that other people that got there after us left way earlier and when the doctor came to finally see her it took him less than a minute. Worst experience! The nurse that checked her in was really good tho
