Because of the service department, I will no longer be doing business here. Ive spent too much money here for them to gatekeep information about my vehicle. Not to mention making up prices. Call other places and get quotes, you'll see what I mean.

Called about resetting a PCM in my 2009 Sebring. Was told the car is too old to work on. My feeling is, if the cars they sell don’t last that long, then they’re not worth buying.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! giving one star is too much credit for this place. This place should not be in business or atleast charging anyone for the “work” they have done. Both experiences I have had at this place was HORRIBLE. Just recently they kept my engine cover, placed broken bolts back, cracked my manifold intake, and had missing nuts on the bolts they did place back. I can assure I will never be back nor recommend this place to ANYONE

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I got a refund. But I go in looking for service. They tell me all of the stuff I need to get fixed on my car. I go to my local mechanic he says there is nothing wrong with the car. Again the only reason they get to start is because I’m getting a refund for the diagnosis fee but I am so mad that this ever happened.

CAUTION, BUYERS BEWARE!!! After attempting on multiple occasions to resolve outstanding issues with our transaction at this dealership, I have decided to share our experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Over charge u to make money. They have went through 3 service department managers. My things were stolen out my Dodge Challenger because they didn’t lock my doors and they never fixed my engine light. I still had to pay them even know all my stereo equipment was stolen because they didn’t lock my doors. My 2500 2021 ram had the same problem rotor keeps failing and just one brake pad keeps failing. My first car was a **** ******. Loved it. Paid for completely. I drove it until it broke down in the martin autoplex parking lot. I then purchased a ********** Mirage. I also loved that car. However, I eventually had two kids and a husband and putting our groceries in the car meant that we had to stack them in our lap after the trunk was full in order to fit. We have a brand new 2021 K5 that we purchased on Saturday, already Monday and Tuesday the display does not work and the heat and air will not turn on without restarting multiple times. Then to top it off, from our same Sales Rep on Monday I get a text stating they are giving away free 65 in tv's.... however they are not going to honor it because we purchased on business day prior.
