Holy Cats, how could I not have written Martin a review until now? I have super high sensitivities re moldy places and had to get all prospective places tested. Other realtors were patient until I'd had to pass on more than a few. Martin was infinitely patient. I felt he was completely on my side, wanting what was best for me, despite the many, many places it took to find the right one. On top of that, it is clear to me Martin is very savvy re how to negotiate.

When my son told me he wanted to invest in real estate by buying a house and that he wanted me to pick it out and live in it, I knew right away who I wanted to be our real estate agent - Martin Cross! I have known him for a long time and know that he is honest, trustworthy and he would take good care of us. It took us a long time to find a house. Partly because of the time of year. Martin helped my husband and I purchase our first home as newlyweds in 2019 and helped us sell our home 3 years later as we relocated for work. Both times he was an amazing negotiator! He kept us updated on the process and helped us remain calm during one of the most stressful times. He was always happy to answer questions, very efficient in the process, and was always available by phone/text. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, he will make it happen!

Martin Cross helped us purchase what we though would be our forever home in 2016. Then we decided to move to Ireland, so in late 2022 we called Martin to help sell our home in a market that was cooling with increasing interest rates. Between that and a difficult buyer, Martin kept cool and managed our anxieties working through the process as our move overseas rapidly approached. In helping buy and sell a home, Martin demonstrated both competence and professionalism-we highly recommend him.
