Martin helped my husband and I purchase our first home as newlyweds in 2019 and helped us sell our home 3 years later as we relocated for work. Both times he was an amazing negotiator! He kept us updated on the process and helped us remain calm during one of the most stressful times. Then we decided to move to Ireland, so in late 2022 we called Martin to help sell our home in a market that was cooling with increasing interest rates. Between that and a difficult buyer, Martin kept cool and managed our anxieties working through the process as our move overseas rapidly approached. In helping buy and sell a home, Martin demonstrated both competence and professionalism-we highly recommend him.
