Plumbing issues at W. Alton Park in Santa Ana. Multiple times it was plugged in the first year of our tenancy until the cheap landlord finally put a proper cleanout on the 50-year-old mainline. Apparently, the cameras are monitored 24/7 to be sure tenants don't park cars overnight also and lord knows what else. The lobby stinks because of the old air condition ducts which their only answer was to check for mold to cover their butts against the wonderful other greedy industry in Orange County, lawyers.
