This place is the worst. Nelson is VERY dishonest and is the king of bait and switch. He lied about money to make a sale. Beware!!! Bad business and they lie!
I went here based on referral from Costco's auto repair program. The Google reviews also seemed ok. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location for service based on my experience. Don't make a reservation online. The information is not used for anything or an indication of capability or availability of the staff. Don't go on the weekend unless you need an oil change - that's all they do on the weekends I was told when I arrived. Don't expect anyone to answer the phone or call you back. My truck was serviced in record time. Richard was right on top of things and had my truck finished faster than I thought and had done a very good job. Thank you Richard!!
I couldn't go without sharing the incredible service I received from Richard C today. He was polite and welcoming while still taking care of business. He was straight to the point and took care of me in a timely manner. He listened to my remarks about my previous visits and went out of his way to take care of me.
