Excellent service and timely repair!
We’ve been using Martin Carpenter AC since we bought our first place in Pinellas County over 10 years ago. Marty and team are qualified, dependable, service focused, and prompt. No other choice for us when it comes to HVAC. Proud Marty’s Club members as well. Thank you for keeping us COOL!
Tonight, yes, Sunday night on Father’s Day, Marty the owner himself came to our rescue. AC stopped working about 5:00 and he was at our house and fixed the unit within a couple of hours. This isn’t the first time over the 15+ years we have dealt with that company that he has done the job himself. This is the only A/C company I use & will ever use. Happy Fathers Day to you and all the dads that work for you.
Vehicle from this company ran a stop sign and almost hit someone
Yikes. This company tried to use “tariffs” as an excuse for charging me $645 more than their original quote dating back only two weeks ago?! What’s more is I had another company do the same work for half of Martin’s original quote of $855. What lack of class. Moreover, the admin must have exchanged 20 emails with me as I asked for an itemized quote before committing to using their service, too much back and forth, eluding to the sketch pot this company is.
