This relates to service dept. It is an absolutely terrible mismanagement, scheduling, and not performing the repairs properly. They kept my car for about a month for relatively small repairs. I even gave them plenty of time as I was going on vacation, only to come back several days later to find out the car hadn't been touched! The car was supposed to have been already done before my arrival. They explained that they didn't have rack to lift the car. What kind of dealership is this?
