They shoulda renamed this place “Jims body shop”. Martins has a rep that sales itself locally!
Very nice and courteous. My vehicle looked brand new.
The newest love of my life, my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, was in need of some warranty work. Specifically, there was a flaw in the roof paint. Russ Tucker, Body Shop Manager, was extremely helpful in listening to my concerns and then validating what I suspected about a minor paint flaw. He recorded the issue and submitted a claim. After the claim was approved, he quickly and expertly remedied the situation. Highly recommend.
I've had cars cars into Martin Body Shop twice , and their service and workmanship is absolutely the best. I would never go anywhere else. Russ Tucker the shop manager handled every detail to perfection. When my insurance company was being difficult Russ took care of it. I'm 72 years old so unfortunately I had experience with other body shops and sadly my experience was not always so good. Russ promised to make things right and he absolutely delivered. He is the best!!!!!! Dan
Do NOT recommend. Spent almost $4,000 on a few small dents. I had to take it back THREE times because they did a sloppy job and clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They are extremely rude, lost some small pieces when I went to pick it up, I waited for them to search and find what they did with it. Over sprayed paint on parts of the car, etc etc. I can go on and on. This was a terrible experience and we are STILL having issues.
