It's okay. This complex is relatively clean and the management keeps up with things, but the units haven't been updated in at least 20 years ... The appliances operate properly, but are from the 80s. Linoleum, particle board countertops, but again, relatively clean. There's a pool (4 feet deep entirely) that is relatively clean, but the pool house is perpetually locked and used to store various flotsam.
