This guy cold called me and started making false accuasions and had no respect for someone more successful than him. Sounded like he is working in a call center, I believe he is a scammer. Mr. Martin is a liar he ruined our sell and we are suing him! I strongly advise no one to conduct any business. We are reaching out to BROOKSTONE REALTOR making a complaint and hopefully can press criminal charges against him like thos week!!!
