This was an awful experience. I took my dress in to get minor alterations. I came back and tried it on and it no longer fit how it did when they pinned it. It was gaping open. I asked them to remove the bast stitch that they used. Two weeks later I come back and the dress was still not fitting right. I looked and the stitch she claimed was removed was still there. I have used several other alterations places in the Springfield area over the years, but will just use Martin Alterations from now on. They are professional, timely, and priced just right. I had a pair of jeans hemmed, and they were able to keep the original cuff, and had my jeans back to me in less than a week. Plus, their location is convenient, and the owners are very friendly.
The lady is amazing and so is the work. Everything is very reasonably priced and had always been at least 2 days early for us. Can't say enough good things about this business
