Great realtor! Martin recently sold my mother’s house for me. He was wonderful to work with. The property needed a lot of work and he rolled up his sleeves and went to work helping me. He coordinated contractors, movers, and consignment people which was WAY above and beyond what an average, even a great, realtor would do. Martin went above and beyond to help me find the right place for me. He listen and knew exactly what I was looking for. Anytime I call or text about a place he was quick to response back. Great communicator and responsive to our needs. Martin is the antithesis of most real estate agents. He asked what we wanted to do and then worked with us to get it done. We met Martin a few years ago when we were planning to move to Chicago and rent. He showed us a ton of great options (all over video as we were in a different state), and ultimately found us a great place in a beautiful neighborhood.
