I'm a bit put off by the price increase of $8. For the complete outside/inside it $40 now. I only got the $20 wash because I didn't want to have to wait for it ALL. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the job the young men & women did on my car. My husband & I have always used this location, even when it was the other company. i rarely have an issue & if you point out something they may have missed, they're always glad to make it right without grief. I totally recommend.
Bought the monthly package for two of my vehicles. One of which the scanner only picked up 1 of the first 4 visits. ! time someone came out to manual get it working and the others I had to back out with out a wash. Pulled up in my truck today at 1:55 pm to find traffic cones blocking the pay stations so I couldnt get a wash. Nothing gets clean this weekend I suppose. I like the idea of the scanners but if it doesnt pickup there is no recourse. No call button to get someone to help.

Not good. When it was Green Lantern everyone really hustled. It was painful to watch these kids spend F O R E V E R working on the inside. Understaffed and the staff just looked lazy and bored. I miss Green Lantern!
I am extremely frustrated by the scanning of the Id that they make you put on your vehicle. Since the new ownership after Christmas..the machine has recognized my car maybe 5 or 6 times. I get a car wash at least once a week if not more. Car wash is good but this identification method is terrible!!!!! I'm very frustrated.
They do a pretty good job but with a 25% price increase over the last two years its going to really limit my return visits
