The manager just called to apologize for not being able to talk to me when I was there. She offered me a really great price to take the tar/oil off. The manager came in on his day off to do it. Nicceee! Thanks
I have only been to this place twice. First time had a special for 15.00. Well worth it for the job received. Next time in, same areas cleaned for 40.00. But received a not so great job. Lots of missed spots inside, dirt and water spots on the outside as well as over spray from whatever’s applied to make the tires and plastics shine. Tyler did a wonderful job on my detailing! I did the seats and carpet detail package (2 for $100) and he went above and beyond! I have a Siberian husky that sheds and drools everywhere and he got every piece of hair and stain out. I was seriously amazed. And all in 2 hours! I will definitely be back and appreciated him taking the time and making sure the job was done right! Tyler @Mid Rivers you deserve a raise! Thank you thank you.
I think they do a great job for the price. I just left there. I apparently had my moms diamond wedding ring in my purse that had fallen out at some point. It was sitting in my cup holder when I got back in my car. AMAZING! Truly, thank you to whoever cleaned my car today for having integrity!
Early May had it cleaned and had to have them redo. The excuse I got was “these kids these days”. Then was told “for the month of May we are doing $15 special”. Just kidding! Fast forward to 5/29 and “we aren’t doing that anymore”. Cool false advertisement Martian! $40 for a full wash is a little steep.
Talking smack on a customer's vehicle while they are within earshot is pretty unprofessional.
$20 car wash suv was still dirty, I was told it was because it was too dirty to begin with, a really lousy excuse because it is washed weekly after 2nd wash it was no better, I went to your place because of facebook ads on how great the wash is. nothing but a lie your wash is the worst in west county
