If you're looking for an activity for an energetic child, Martial Arts University (MAU) is the place! Every aspect of the MAU program is worth the investment of time and money. Since my son started the program (just three months ago), he has morphed into an awesome little person. I started training at MAU with my 8 year old twin boys back in March with the intent to have an activity with them. I had previously done karate from age 8 to 22. I have enjoyed learning and training with my boys as it is an excellent program. I have the martial arts bug again, so I will be picking up my training.
