Marti Sutton is an excellent realtor!!! Any issues we encountered, Marti addressed immediately. Marti is very knowledgeable on every process involved in buying or selling a home. As we were selling our home up north we had some issues we needed our realtor advice on. We couldn't get a hold of him, so we asked Marti what we should do and she gave us a few suggestions on what people usually do. Marti Sutton is an excellent realtor. She put our house on the market on Friday and by Sunday we had a buyer. What more could you ask for? My husband and I were somewhat anxious sellers full of questions and concerns, but quickly found that Marty was right there on our side every step of the way.
