Marti not only loves what she does but she is great at it. Very responsive, honest, and great at communicating. I had to change management companies and immediately went to her as she had previously managed a property and did an excellent job. She was extremely attentive and fixed what the other company neglected to do. Marti is not only a skilled and honest professional, but a great person. I trust her with the property and know it is in great hands - she is highly recommended!
BEWARE! If you are renting from this company, make sure you aren’t renting directly from the owner. We were blindsided by the dynamic of this company only finding a tenant and then we are on our own dealing directly with the incompetent owner of the house. Complete nightmare!!!!
