I really appreciated Marti's focus on finding a house without serious problems. It is easy to get caught up in the location, the layout, the updates, and the cosmetic needs of a house. Marti looked at those items while keeping a sharp eye on the soundness of the house. She is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.
