I have human hair loc extentions and haven't really had much issues getting them done in the past. I went to this salon for the 1st time 2 weeks ago for a loc detox, interlocking and a wash. Martha is very kind and the atmosphere is really zen and welcoming. However, during the visit I only got the wash and interlocking (maybe she forgot or ran out of time) but we agreed we would do the loc detox on my next visit. Since I have visited this salon several if my locs have begin to break off and fall apart. Ive lost about 6 locs... read more

I had a great experience for a first timer. Ms. Marthesia and Ms. Gladys are wonderful. I am so happy with my two strand twists. Their service was awesome, the atmosphere was so nice. I will definitely return. Thanks so much.
Martha is the best in the city!
I had a great experience personally, I just didn’t get exactly what was shown in the photo. The staff are wonderful, I think my request was too complicated and I was charged $85 for the braids. To give you an idea, if you’re looking to book, it’s kind of expensive for a half crown, with 11 braids & I had to come with my hair washed and detangled prior to appointment.
