Austin has been great with follow up and his manager has been very honest and forthcoming giving their best deal. I have not purchased a truck yet, but the experience so far has been kind, honest and fair.
Set up a time to look at the vehicle Monday @ 4:00 pm, however they texted me 40 minutes before schedule and said they had sold it. Appreciated them for letting me know.

Marthaler Ford was awesome in helping me find a vehicle that would fit my needs. I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 Supercab XLT 4x4 to replace my 2004 Ford F-150 Supercab 4x4.
They were good about contacting me on this vehicle but before this one I had contacted them about a different vehicle. The vehicle I had called about had not arrived yet but they would let me know when it did which they did. However, when they contacted me to say it was there they said I could come look at it but couldn't test drive it yet because they had to do some type of inspection on it before I could test drive.
