Paid 370$ for an appointment for some minor vein removal. She spent literally 5 mins. with me to remove 2 veins. She didn't even get any of the spider veins. She told me to schedule a follow up appointment in 3 weeks, which I believed to be a follow up to see if my 2 veins were gone, and then to re-inject again. I was charged another 370$ and again, 5 minutes with me in which she saw that the 2 veins she injected were still there. SO, 720$ and nothing was fixed. I had asked for my money back and she refused. My experience today was terrific. Every staff member was welcoming. I was taken to an exam room promptly and the doctor came in promptly. She did a very thorough exam and explained next steps as well.
Very pleasant & professional.
Excellent care. Very kind and helpful staff. Arroyo is very skilled.
