Experience matters! We've known and worked with Martha for years specifically because she has the experience to navigate high end home negotiations. She is a knowledgeable expert in the DSM market. One of the many, many things I appreciate about her approach is she tells you clearly when a particular part of the deal is worth concern and when you need not worry. Always accessible, on top of all details, authentic, transparent and a straight shooter. Wouldn't work with anyone else!
