Excellent and enjoyable expertise with staff, in particular Lilia and Amy who are wonderful , friendly with excellent customer service . I strongly recommend the shop .
Absolutely love my new necklace! The diamond is absolutely stunning — it catches the light beautifully and looks even more gorgeous in person. The design is so elegant, delicate and timeless, exactly what I was looking for. I’m also really happy with the overall experience. The staff were lovely, patient and helpful throughout the whole process, and made choosing such a special piece feel really easy and enjoyable.

I walked in to look to buy gold chain snd the 2 lovely ladies in the store started to talk to each other in Chinese. There were other customers in the store who also were not Chinese. Now those 2 ladies are both capable of speaking English, but they choose to speak in their language while customers are in the store. To me this is a very bad customer service, as it displays lack of respect to the customer.
