我在这家店买的双层项链缠在一起了，拿到店里帮忙解开sales associate说要收取$40-60刀手工费，因为她说这不是她的错。两天后我去取项链收取了我$50刀手工费，我表明了我的不满。我支付这个手工费是因为如果不解开我没办法继续佩戴，但是我对于收取手工费价格在官网不透明以及staff 的态度都很不满意。
I walked in to look to buy gold chain snd the 2 lovely ladies in the store started to talk to each other in Chinese. There were other customers in the store who also were not Chinese. Now those 2 ladies are both capable of speaking English, but they choose to speak in their language while customers are in the store. To me this is a very bad customer service, as it displays lack of respect to the customer.
I went to Martha Doncaster store two times in one week. I am not their valued VIP customer. However, Lilia and Rita still treated me nicely and friendly. They helped me choose the right jewelry. They also gave me the best advice and what’s the best value for money. Will definitely recommend this store and will be sure to come back to buy more gold.
