I hired Martha to sell my home that had been previously listed on the market for over 4 months with lots of activity but no offers…. Martha is very personable and easy to work with. She was extremely good of being on top of issues, like the documents process throughout the transaction. Martha has helped us sell our home. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. She is very responsive and always ready to go the extra mile. She really did a great job in setting up the home, staging and marketing it with open houses. I will definitely recommend her for buying or selling properties. Also, she was excellent in communication and not pushy as other dealers may be at times.
