Dr Allen is kind and wise
Dr Allen is a good doctor but her staff is TERRIBLE! They NEVER return calls. The only way to get answers is to set up an appointment and go in to see Dr Allen. That is an added expense that isn’t necessary just to ask a question. I always have to go through the front desk to get help. This is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. Unfortunately, I am going to find another doctor. When she had Andrew as her nurse, he was AWESOME.
Dr. Allen is an amazing doctor. She cares about her patients. I rarely see doctors and the few times I’ve seen her, she has been thorough, informative, and listens to my issues and addresses them. I highly recommend her.
