Had a great experience renting from marterra properties! I moved here from the east coast, and they were nice enough to give me a zoom tour of the place, and made the renting process really easy. The apartment was in great shape when I moved in, and they were really quick in any maintenance needs. I had to move after a year due to personal reasons and they were really helpful with the move out process and finding a new tenant. We have been loving our experience thus far after leasing our new apt with Marterra properties. A great deal of this experience has been thanks to Michelle, our property manager . She is very kind, caring and ensures you are well taken care of with any issues you may have with your new lease. We have had two instances already where we have been in a bind and needed some immediate assistance.
