This review is of Martens Appraisal division of the Martens Companies, not the whole company or other sister companies. Their customer service is great. However, we Couldn't be more disappointed. We did not have much say when they were chosen to do the first appraisal on a previous commercial property on East Kellogg in 2015. The valuation and comps were terrible. Fast forward, year 2020, our bank selected them to do an appraisal for our new commercial property on East Kellogg again, still in the City (Wichita, Kansas) limit... read more
