Look for a different company and ignore whatever rewards this company gets (company of the years bs). They start off okay then after bouncing around from dispatcher to dispatcher it gets worse. O started this year making anywhere from 50-200 bucks a week all because of shity dispatcher who'd just give me scraps and when I complained her response was "work is work".
