I was a walk in a few months ago, and when I met Marta I could tell she was going to get the job done. I had some issues with my house pop up during the first showing (some luck) and took it back off the market to get repairs done. During that time she still kept on grinding and making things happen, and because of that hard work my house sold FAST. Not only fast, but I got more than I was asking. If you want a fantastic agent, Marta is the one to work with.
