I can't understand why, but everytime I ask for payoff on the property through this real estate company I am told that the company is not that advanced. Is it really that hard to figure it out? I have not recieved not one payment invoice or anything of sort for the past five or more years. Is it really my responsibility to make sure that every money order that I send to this company is cashed or deposited or should they at least have this much responsibility on them.
