I want to open a clean page for Marston Pointe by scratching off the previous recomments from 2025.(Haters gonna always hate, goodbye :)) Because this place has become a wonderful apartment complex that has been completely restored and reformed with management, employees and apartment infrastructures, features,conditions. Shawna and the maintenance staff are amazing and super talented. So happy I was able to move in so quickly.
Just moved in and I’m beyond impressed with the quality of the management and staff here. First off, the property manager, Chris, deserves a solid 5 stars! He’s truly the most caring and professional property manager I’ve ever met. Shawna has also been incredibly attentive and kind.
