awsome staff open 7 days a week till 11 pm. if you need an mri this is the Place to go very professional ! highly recommend
I just had a difficult C Scan done but the staff there were very helpful and made it happen! thank you very much. highly recommend them.
I called and requested a quote for an abdominal CT scan and I was assured they were in my insurance network and the amount was acceptable so I scheduled. the service was early October and they did not process with insurance until Feb of the next year. insurance carrier said they were not in net work so they billed me another $245.++. Insurance company said I now need to get the business name and Federal ID # to check with them first. Highly recommend this place! I've been dealing with Maine Med for years, have had 3 MRIs there and was a miserable experience every time. The staff was rude, seemed frustrated with me because the images were coming out blurred because I couldn't lay still, but didn't try to help. The staff here was extremely friendly and did everything they could to make me comfortable, the process was a breeze and the images came out perfect. This is the only place I will go for digital imaging for now on!
Staff came as biased against people of color. They openly discussed the 'crime' committed by kneeling NFL players. I was ashamed listening to their loud conversation. They don't need 'unconventional' colored folks, who may also be their patients...
