Overall the place is decent for seniors. The elevator goes down often, leaving those with physical limitations climbing stairs for days at a time. Handicapped parking is often occupied by non-decal holders or staff for close door parking. Management needs to be investigated better yet ask all residents to survey staff and I am sure the same complaints will arise. There is some senior bullying going on. I will say the grounds are kept clean.
Marshside Village truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect place to call home.
