Bill the secondary insurance and don't wait a year and half to let someone know the first insurance did not pay. Treat the clients with respect and don't argue with them and listen when they tell you they moved so you don't send bills to old addresses. Kim has a horrible attitude. I will never be back!

American idiom " Like pulling teeth". Very difficult, especially to extract information from someone. For example, It's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer from him. Marshpoint Dentistry is turning this American idiom on its head. Without an appt. I stopped in on a Friday and said I was having a little tooth discomfort. Five minutes later I was in a chair getting and X-ray, was told the tooth needed to be extracted, was giving an appt. Monday. Smile greet you every time! The staff treats every routine with care. They have the experience and knowledge to tackle the non-routine as well. Best office I have ever visited.
