This place deserves 0 stars! The reception seemed annoyed, but did his job. I came in with chest pain, I have had a prior heart attack, the nurse did not know what hfpef was, I chose going here since they are considered a hospital that has cardiology. The nurse did not know what a SCAD was, the Dr. and nurse proceeded to tell me that I did not have a past heart attack, because it was an artery in my heart that dissected, and a dissection is not a heart attack. Maybe doctors shouldn't tell patients who just told them they've taken a full bottle of Tylenol in the past week cause the pain is so severe to "buy another bottle" Just a thought. Makes a person in excruciating pain pretty hopeless. People with no hope and no faith do solve pretty permanently crazy things. As doctors you should know that.

This was my worst experience at an emergency room. From the second I walked in it seemed like I was a burden to the staff, none of them took my symptoms seriously. I had previously went to another urgent care which had put in referrals at my usual hospital for ultrasounds of some of my organs since they found issues, I had even brought all my papers in from that appointment to this emergency room. Arrived at 2 am and no one was available at check-in. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. After waiting 15 minutes of intense pain we inquired on how long it would be. Sera was rude and insensitive even telling us to leave to go to the wausau hospital. We immediately left after her comment and will be calling to file a complaint. Don't come here unless you plan to die in the waiting room.
