Love my ob Dr. Dr Gilbert. All the staff here I've met are very nice. Never had an issue in the clinic. Had one nurse in l&d I didn't like much. But other than that no issue. Have had 2 babies here and one in and out surgery. I will continue to go here and plan to have my next baby there as well.
Absolute worst experience EVER went into the er for a breathing problem was given one treatment then left alone for over an hour, no one checked in no one told me what was wrong so I finally left, if I'm going to be miserable and not be helped I might as well do it at home for free apparently my breathing and cough was no concern will never go again unless I have to really think I will be putting in a complaint.
Emergency room treatment for my baby was horrible. He wasn't even treated like a human being. Just because a baby can't communicate with you doesn't mean they don't deserve compassion. My vet treats my pets better. I would need to be near death before I would go to this er again.

I can't believe the day nurse is such a bitch. On the second floor in med surge. She worked Tue.27th and she started at 3:00pm. The night nurse before her made sure my mother got her COMFORT CARE meds ON TIME and she was comfortable. The day nurse came in and sat on her ass all day. When she had to give my mother her meds the nurse did not come for 3 hrs. Then 2 hrs. 2 hrs she was not keeping her comfortable. Tell me what comfort care is please???? Well a night shift nurse was awesome gave my mom her meds every hour when needed, mom rested comfortable the next shift came along 3 am to 3 pm 1/27 med surg nurse would NEVER GIVE MY MOM HER MEDS ON TIME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME WE ASKED, MOM WAS MISERABLE THE WHORE SHIFT!! SO LET'S ALL NOTE COMFERT CARE MEANS COMFERT LET'S KEEP OUR PATIENTS COMFORTABLE !!!
