I typically start with 5 stars, and let them work downward. The waiting room was pretty full, and I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Maybe more like 40, nbd. I whined at the nurse who took my bp, temp and listened to my symptoms, then I whined at the physician's assistant, who wrote the prescription. Pharmacy filled it up in about 10 minutes. No complaints from me.
