My annual exam visit was great. It was my first time to visit with Dr Hernaez. I felt like she was thorough and quite understanding about my health challenges. She is quite competent. I got a clear, firm, and honest assessment of my diabetes situation. I left thinking that I had a path to improve my risk concerns that involves medication and lifestyle changes. I feel fortunate for such good help.
My visit this past Thursday for outpatient surgery left one with a feeling of caring, friendliness and extraordinary listening skills by each and every person who worked with me. From the moment I arrived until they carefully tucked in my car to go home, each member of the staff gave patient attention to my care and concern to each point I was worried about. I was able to relax, knowing they were going to guide me skillfully thru surgery process. A major thank you goes out to everyone involved. I was very pleased.
Great experience with my new primary Dr. Hernaez, she cared about my health issues and answered my questions. I will continue seeing her without hesitation.
