We have had absolutely terrible service and customer service from Denise the apparent president of sales for Grand Rapids. Rude, combative, honestly I can't believe any company would allow someone so rude to speak to people on the phone. They should be ashamed of themselves for how he treats clients. I hope they implement some sort of recording of calls and review his calls. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere but here you will be better off.
