Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? Yes, they had flexible financing options

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did the orthodontist spend time with you during your visit? Yes

Yes, they were with me almost my whole visit Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
