I have been trying to rent a house from this company for over 2 weeks-showed up to the property and was not able to self tour like stated-never got a call back-still want to rent the house but darn it they make it impossible
These good reviews HAVE to be fake. This is the bottom of the barrel, worst property manager anyone can use. The only people who use them are cheap or don't know better. You are dealing with people over seas who have little to no knowledge on property management. It will take forever to lease your home and they will neglect to pay your insurance and other bills. Do NOT USE THEM if you have any sense.
I have multiple condo units in Las Vegas that are being managed by Poplar Property Management. My experience with them have been very positive, most especially with their agent Benjie who tenaciously and continuously provides excellent service.
The selection of homes in Poplar’s portfolio was large and I easily found a 3/3 to rent. Move in was easy but after that, the service and communication were poor. Poplar outsources their customer service, so you are literally emailing/texting around the world (Philippines as of this review) to get help with local maintenance problems like a broken A/C unit.
