Overall I’ll give Evernest a 3 they are making costly things mandatory instead of an option while increasing the rent. But Mario has been a great listening ear and understanding. I’ll give him 5 stars.

When this company operated under Poplar, things were much better. Since switching to Evernest, I’ve experienced nothing but frustration. They’ve added unexpected fees to my ledger without explanation, and their online rent portal is unreliable—sometimes it’s open, and other times it’s randomly disabled, making it difficult to pay on time. I rented a property from this agency for the yr 2024. The property manager Angela H. was not honest with me from day one. My experience with them was poor at best. And at the end of the lease there was a dispute that went to small claims court. I won the judgement against them and was awarded a sum that has yet to be paid! This company has contempt for the law and the court! I wouldn't recommend them for anything!
