Waiting on a lease renewal, lease is up 6/15. Texted and emailed a couple of times, and they said last week, last week came and left. Last mgmt company, Marshall Stearns notified me 8 weeks In advance. I really dislike Evernest and Poplar homes. I'll be looking for another rental that does not deal with those 2 Inept ones listed above. 5/10 - I replied back and still no answer back. I called and the office and they said someone will call back. No call as of yet!

I have been trying to rent a house from this company for over 2 weeks-showed up to the property and was not able to self tour like stated-never got a call back-still want to rent the house but darn it they make it impossible
