I lived here for several years and it was horrible. The location is great but management has always been horrible. We heard they were under new management so we decided to give them another chance for my mother who needed an apartment. When she tried to get an apartment there and they kept giving her the run around. They showed her one apatment and said she could have that one. We have been here several years and every time we renew our lease, it's depressing to know we are stuck here again. Actually, if we find something better mid lease agreement, we'll just pay to break the lease and go. The only reason we are here is because in terms of apartment living in a decent neighborhood, the price is or WAS fair. That's changing as every year the rent goes up $30 to $40 for "utility services." That's great.... bc we love paying for the entire community to dump their garbage and speed off. I had called the apartment complex two weeks ago to view a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The leasing associate, Tara Ciccocioppo told me two weeks ago to come in to view one of the apartments and get some additional information regarding the property and some of the features. I went in for my appointment and she acted like she didn't remember I had an appointment. Not to mention, I had made it 1-2 days prior. Marshall Square was sold and a new management company has taken over. Post Road Management has been here for 3-4 weeks. The office is always locked. No one aswers the phone, always goes straight to voicemail. The pool has been closed 4 day in the last 3 weeks and on 2 weekends. For repairs, NO! because it needed to have chlorine added. Apparently that isn't important enough to have someone drive over just to add chlorine. Much easier to shut it down.
