My wife and I can't recommend Marshall highly enough. We have worked with other realtors in the past to buy a house and he really stands out. Marshall set up a "Home Search" based on the type of house and neighborhood we wanted so that every morning we got an email listing of places to consider. He came with us to every house we wanted to tour so that we would be ready to make a timely offer. Best of all, he negotiated a difficult transaction so that we got the house we wanted for the price we wanted.
