Marshall's staff stopped my foreclosure sale and got my lender to accept a lower amount then what I owed on my property.
I was losing my home to foreclosure. My mortgage company wouldn't wouldnt help me or reduce my payments. I called Marshall to see what my options were and decided to do a short sale on my home.. Marshall sold the house and got the loan paid off and got me some money to move out of state for a job.
We hired Marshall to help do a short sale on our house, neither him or his staff ever returned our calls, we were told the house was in underwriting and it turned our that was not true. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend.
