Easy to obtain an appointment. Easy parking. After hours walk in clinic. Pharmacy on site
Dr. Dunlap at HIMG is amazing. However the pediatrics office at HIMG NEVER answers the phone. You can call 10-15 times if not more and still can’t get anyone to pick up a phone. Also, it does no good to leave voicemails because they do not respond to them.
Excellent medical care by top notch physicians and ancillary staff. Always a positive attitude. Parking is free, which helps. Clean, modern facilities.

My husband takes a medication that requires us to call and request a prescription every month. The office person that I need to speak with never answers the phone, and only calls back after multiple messages have been left over several days. One month he did not have the prescription for two weeks. I have learned that I need to call way too far in advance in order for him to not run out.
You could notify people of their test results and not hire deadpan doctors who wont notify their patients about follow up visits or anything else .

I've Had my Share of this Group ! Mistakes Abound ! Teaching Medicine is Certainly Essential. Not at My Expense Though. I Avoid Marshall Health at All Costs
I Guess I’m one of the Lucky ones. My Husband and I are patients of Dr. Todd Gress. I cannot say enough Good about this man. I tell him i am his challenging patient. I think he agrees ! He has been so good to me since 2003. His medical knowledge is fantastic. And the way he treats his patients are great. He is so kind to us. I can’t thank him enough. I have recommended MH to others hoping they would get an OUT STANDING Physician, as we did. We were Blessed !
