I received a falsified report by a psychologist currently at this facility. This report was reviewed by his superiors and signed off on as being accurate. This caused me to be unable to receive necessary treatment from my provider. I suggest if you would have to go there (as in there is no where else to obtain treatment or you are required to go there or the Recovery Center) that you obtain your reports and go over them throughly for any discrepancies.
